Instructions

  1. Put on a saucepan with water for the spaghetti. Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little olive oil. Then finely chop the onions and add them. Pour the tomato paste into the pan, stir everything through, season with salt and pepper and stew a little in the pan. Now add the pasta to the boiling water.
  2. Then pour the minced meat in the pan with the mug of cream and let it steep for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then add the finely chopped garlic and basil to taste, spread over the drained spaghetti and, if necessary, rub some parmesan over it.
