Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until soft.
Heat the olive oil and briefly fry the garlic, then add the sunflower seeds and nuts and briefly roast them, stir in Rama creme fine, add basil and simmer briefly over low heat, stir in soy sauce and now season with salt and pepper, then stir in the parmesan.
Drain the spaghetti, place on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
