Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain and drain in a colander. In the meantime, wash the parsley and shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Peel the garlic clove and cut into very thin slices. Halve the chilli lengthways, remove the core, wash and cut into very fine strips.
  2. Heat the oil. Briefly toss the garlic slices, chilli and parsley strips in it and mix in the drained noodles. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
