Cook the spaghetti al dente and drain. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves. Crumble the goat cheese a little with a fork. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic with the tomatoes in it. Add the goat cream cheese, let it melt a little. Now season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Season with thyme or basil, depending on your taste.
Also works with dried spices.
Finally, put the spaghetti in the pan and mix everything together well.
