Asparagus, clean and cut into pieces. Cook for about 6 minutes in boiling water with a little salt, butter and sugar. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Cut the turkey breast fillet into small slices, season with salt, pepper and fry in a pan with oil on both sides until crispy.
Mix the asparagus, meat and spaghetti and distribute on plates. If necessary, salt and pepper again. Mix the broth with lemon juice. Pour over the spaghetti mixture and serve immediately. Sprinkle with parsley and a little chilli flakes.
