Put on a saucepan with enough water for the spaghetti. Just before cooking, add plenty of salt. Cook the pasta in it according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
In the meantime, put the sour cream in a saucepan, stir until smooth with a little cream and heat. Season to taste with herbs (I always use garden herbs), salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Set the pot aside.
As soon as the spaghetti is done, arrange them on plates. Pour the sauce over it and serve hot.
We like to eat fried herring with it, but serve them separately.
Note: The sauce tastes a little sour. To freshen up, add a pinch of sugar and lemon juice.
