Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in the pan with oil. Add the minced meat and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, halve the large mushrooms beforehand. Add to the minced meat with the garlic and season again with salt, pepper and parsley. Cut the spring onions into rings. Briefly sauté everything in the pan and deglaze with the stock. Add processed cheese and thicken with flour. Add a good handful of herbs and simmer for 5 minutes over the lowest heat. Tip: You can also omit the herbs and use processed herb cheese instead.
