Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual.
  2. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut into fine slices. Finely dice the onions and fry them in hot butter until translucent, then add the mushrooms and fry with them. Deglaze with the cream and simmer until the sauce is nice and creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vegetable stock, serve with the pasta.
