Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Fry both in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock and cream and bring to the boil. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the cooked ham into small pieces. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls.
  4. Drain and drain the pasta. Then mix with the sauce, ham and chives and serve hot.
