Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and bell pepper as small as possible. Cut the ham slices into long strips approx. 0.5 cm thick. Cut the salami into small pieces.
  2. Put the oil in a pan and heat it slightly. Fry the onion and paprika in it.
  3. After a while, add the ham and salami and fry a little. Stir in the crème fraîche.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. If the sauce is too thick for you, you can add a dash of cream to the crème fraîche.
  5. Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan in salted water until al dente, drain, add to the pan, mix with the sauce and serve the dish.
  6. As a side dish is recommended e.g., Tomato and mozzarella salad, which tastes very refreshing with warm pasta.
