Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, add salt and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
In the meantime, fry the shrimp in a pan with a little oil. Finely chop or pound the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the cream cheese, tomatoes and milk. Stir well and let it boil down a little. Season to taste with pepper, salt, sugar and spices or herbs to taste.
