Cut or slice the peppers into thin strips. Finely chop the lemon thyme.
Cooking spaghetti.
While the pasta is cooking, fry the pepper strips in olive oil, season with a little salt and steam them so that they still have bite. Now add the lemon thyme, let it simmer briefly and then mix in the al dente cooked spaghetti, distribute on the plates and rub the parmesan over the top.
