Put the pasta in the salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Sear the spring onions cut into rings and the prawns (lightly seasoned with salt and pepper) in the oil, then add the chopped tomatoes and simmer a little.
Season with salt, pepper, the French herbs and curry. Then deglaze with the coconut milk. Let the sauce reduce a little and season again with the spices. Some chilli goes well too.
