First peel and dice the garlic, put the pasta water on the side and bring it to a boil. When the pasta is boiling, fry the garlic in a little oil, then add the prawns. When the prawns are done, add the white wine and cream and simmer for a few minutes. Thicken with a sauce thickener if you like and season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and serve immediately with the prawns and sauce.
