Heat the olive oil in a large pan while frying the ham cubes.
Bring the pasta water to the boil in a separate saucepan and cook the spaghetti al dente.
When the ham cubes are slightly crispy, add the onion cubes and shortly afterwards the garlic cubes and sweat. Then add the diced salmon and shrimp to the pan and stir until they are almost cooked. Mix in the chopped herbs. Season to taste with salt, pepper, granulated broth and lemon juice.
Drain the pasta, drain briefly and add to the pan. Mix everything with a spatula or stir well (depending on your skills).
Before cooking, you should cut all the ingredients into small pieces and have them ready because the actual cooking process is very quick.
