Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the spinach and place in salted boiling water. Let it steep for about 1 minute. Pour onto a sieve and drain well. Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water, bring to the boil and cook for about 9 minutes over medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the salmon briefly, then add the onion and garlic and sauté. Deglaze with white wine, crumble the stock cube and add, let it boil down briefly and fill up with cream. Now stir in the spinach, briefly bring to the boil again and stir in grated cheese or cream cheese as desired. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
  3. Arrange the spaghetti on a platter, spread the sauce over it.
