Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stems and cut in half. Heat a little oil in a pan with a high rim, sauté the onions until translucent, add the garlic.
  2. You can also add the frozen scampi and fry them until they are cooked (doesn`t take long). Add the cherry tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt (really only a little, because the brunch will add flavor to it).
  3. When the tomatoes have softened from the heat, mix in the whole mug of brunch and stir everything well. If the seasoning is still missing, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce, sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
