Take a larger pan and add olive oil. Put the chopped garlic and the chili powder in the pan and let it fry for about 20 seconds, then add the shrimp and fry lightly (just not too long, otherwise they will get hard!) And then you add the spaghetti and stir everything in the pan for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.
