Rinse the prawns briefly under lukewarm water, allow to thaw and pat dry with a cloth. Press the garlic. Quarter tomatoes. Wash the basil and parsley, shake dry and cut into small pieces. Cook the pasta in salted water.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the prawns in it. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and tomato and simmer briefly. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice, adding both. Drain the pasta, add to the pan and mix with the prawns. Season again with salt and pepper.
