Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Subtract two minutes from the cooking time, the spaghetti will continue to cook later.
Chop or crush 1 - 2 cloves of garlic, cut the peppers into small cubes. Fry both briefly in a pan and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the frozen spinach and simmer on a low level.
Stir in the grated parmesan and let everything boil down a little. Now add the finished spaghetti to the pan, mix well and simmer for another 2 minutes.
