Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual.
  2. Clean the spinach and pluck it into pieces. Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Clean the garlic and cut into small pieces or press through.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and fry briefly. Then add the spinach and let it steam. As soon as the spinach has fallen in, add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and a little balsamic vinegar. Cut the feta into pieces.
  4. Drain the spaghetti briefly and add to the pan with the feta. If necessary, season to taste again and serve on plates.
