Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, melt the butter with the peperoncino in a deep pan. Mix the tomato paste with a little warm water and heat it in the pan. Pour in the cream and, as soon as the mixture boils, stir in the vodka and sugar. Please remove fresh peperoncino, leave dried ones in the sauce. Stir in the grated parmesan until the sauce is nice and creamy.
If the pasta is not yet al dente, set the sauce aside.
Serving: Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce in the pan and serve immediately!
