Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes and quarter the mushrooms. Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in a little olive oil. When they start to get translucent, add the meat. As soon as the meat turns a little brown, add the mushrooms and fry them lightly. Put the sweet and sour cream in the pan and season with salt, pepper, curry and herbs. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes on a low level.
  3. Spread the cooked spaghetti on the plates and serve the ragout on top.
