Dice the onion and ham. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Halve tomatoes. Dice the feta. Cut the wild garlic stalks into small pieces, cut the wild garlic leaves into strips.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Fry the onion cubes in a little olive oil, add the garlic, do not let it brown. Add wild garlic stalks. Sear the ham / turkey. Add the diced feta, let it melt briefly, deglaze with cream. Mix the feta well. Season to taste with vegetable stock, pepper and salt, add herbs to taste. Add the tomatoes, simmer for 3 minutes, if necessary dilute with a little milk. Fold in the wild garlic leaves and remove from the stove.
