Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Mix the eggs with the cream and parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Cut the onion and bacon into small cubes and fry them. Cut the zucchini into sticks and cook for just a few minutes, so it should stay nice and crunchy. Mix the onion, bacon and zucchini mixture into the cooked spaghetti. Pour the cream, egg and parmesan mixture on top, mix well and serve immediately. Add fresh herbs depending on your taste.
