Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions. Finely chop the onion (s) and garlic. Cut or slice the zucchini into sticks.
Steam the onions, garlic and zucchini in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Add herbs and cream. Season with salt and pepper, season to taste. Peel and dice the tomato and sauté briefly.
Serve with the spaghetti on deep plates and garnish with the herbs used!
Variation of salad: Simply add (balsamic) vinegar as you like and season to taste again! The result is a zucchini-spaghetti salad that is very popular!
