Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghettini according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, cut the spring onions into slices. Leave some of the green to decorate and cut into very fine strips. Halve the lemon and squeeze one half, cut the other half into thin slices.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté the spring onions in it. Roughly crumble the sheep`s cheese and puree with the lemon juice and cream, except for 3 tablespoons. Pour into the pan with the spring onions and simmer a little. Season and mix with the spaghettini. Garnish with the remaining strips of spring onion, the 3 tablespoons of sheep`s cheese and the lemon wedges.
