Instructions

  1. Crumble the sheep cheese and process it with the white wine to a smooth mass. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add oregano and garlic. Drizzle the bread with the olive oil and spread the cheese mixture. Whisk the egg and brush the surface of the crostadas with it. Gratinate in the oven at 250 degrees for about 3 minutes and sprinkle with parsley.
