Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes or slices. Salt. Fry in plenty of hot oil over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally.
  2. Beat eggs. Cut the paprika sausage into small pieces and add to the beaten eggs.
  3. When the potatoes are fried golden brown, remove them, drain well and set aside. Let cool down briefly.
  4. Mix the potatoes with the eggs and paprika sausage. Put the mixture in a pan with a little oil and fry over medium heat. Use a plate to turn the tortilla and brown on the other side as well.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
  6. You can also prepare the tortilla with just potatoes and eggs without paprika sausage, or vary it with other ingredients such as onions, tuna, shrimp, bacon, mushrooms, etc.
