Cut the meat into fine strips. Eight the peppers, clean and cut into fine strips, cut or slice the onion into fine rings. Halve the cucumber, scrape out the seeds and cut into cubes. Halve the olives and cut the pepperoni into small rings.
Mix a vinaigrette from vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with the vinaigrette and let it steep for about 1 hour.
