Mix a sauce made from ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, chilli pepper, celery salt, 2-4 cloves of garlic and the onion powder. Add 1 bottle of beer and stir everything until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cut the ribs into portions and cook in a mixture of salted water and the rest of the beer for about 20 minutes.
Rub the cooked ribs with barbecue spices and grill them on both sides for 10 minutes on the charcoal grill until they are nice and brown. Finally, brush with the prepared sauce and grill until it is firm - this is very quick. Serve immediately.
