Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, the peeled ribs, in a mixer or with a magic wand, chop them up and season to taste.
  2. Put the peeled ribs in a large (if you want to use a microwave, a suitable bowl or casserole dish) baste the sauce. If all of the meat is not covered, turn a few times so that everything is covered with the sauce. In the oven at 180 ° C for about 1-1.5 hours. The first time you can put a lid on it, because less sauce evaporates. You have to turn the ribs every 15 minutes and pour a little ketjap manis over the upper parts that look out of the sauce. You have to try whether they are done because it depends a lot on the meat. It doesn`t take a little longer because the spare ribs don`t get dry.
  3. I make the ribs in the microwave with hot air, but that also takes almost 1 hour.
  4. You can make the ribs four days in advance and then keep them in the sauce. If you put them in the oven again and turn them over again after 15 minutes, they will almost be like being off the grill. You can also grill the finished ribs and don`t have to worry about frying them because they are already there.
