Beat the eggs in a saucepan. Add some milk and the ham. Break the feta cheese into pieces and add them as well. Finally, season with a pinch of salt, a little pepper and a little paprika and whisk thoroughly.
Put some fat in a pan, heat it and finally pour the mixture into the pan. Let stand for 1-2 minutes without stirring. Then fry for another 3-4 minutes, until the eggs are golden brown. Turn and stir every now and then.
