Wash, core, quarter and cut the apples into small pieces. Mix together with 10 g sugar, cinnamon, raisins and butter flavor and simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, low-fat quark, 20 g sugar and vanilla sugar to a smooth mass.
Put the speculoos in a bag and crumble into small pieces.
Layer the cooled apple mixture, cream cheese cream and speculoos one after the other. Start with the speculoos, then spread the cream cheese cream, the apple pieces and then again the cream cheese cream.
Decorate as you wish, e.g., with speculoos, cinnamon, raisins
