Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and chill. Mix the sour cream, sour cream and low-fat quark with the sugar until creamy and fold in the whipped cream. Chill the mass.
  2. Peel, core and cut the apples and place in a saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add to the apples with the brown sugar, lemon juice and spices. Boil the compote from it and let it cool down.
  3. Layer the cream and compote with the speculoos biscuits and brittle in glasses. The portions vary depending on the size of the glass.
