Mix the vodka with the spice mixture, powdered sugar and nut nougat cream well. Whip the cream until creamy. Mix the two together well.
Fill the liqueur into several small or one large bottles. Makes approx. 750 ml. Store in a cool place (can be kept in a dark and cool place for up to 2 months).
If you want the alcohol taste to be more dominant, only use 300 ml of cream.
