Instructions

  1. I mix the natural yoghurt, mascarpone and quark with the sugar, vanilla sugar and gingerbread spice. Then I add about 1 - 2 tablespoons of the orange liqueur to the mixture. Then I fillet the oranges and collect the fillets in a bowl, where I also collect the juice from the oranges, which I will use later. I crumble the speculoos in a freezer bag.
  2. Then the layering begins in a baking dish or in glasses. I start with a layer of speculoos, which I drizzle with some orange liqueur and orange juice so that they are soft after brewing. Then put a layer of the mascarpone cream on top, then another layer of speculoos and drizzle with orange liqueur again. I then place the orange fillets on top of this layer of speculoos. On top of that I put the rest of the mascarpone cream and as a decoration I put crumbled speculoos on top.
  3. You can also make the tiramisu with raspberries, which you put under the mascarpone cream, and you leave out the gingerbread spice. It tastes good regardless of the season and is a great alternative to the original tiramisu.
