Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead well with the dough hook until a dough is formed. If the dough sticks too much (or is tough), put a little olive oil on the hand and shape 2 baguettes and place on the baking sheet (including baking paper).
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (top / bottom heat) and fill a small, fireproof vessel with water and place it on the floor. Then slide the baking sheet into the middle rack and bake the baguettes for 15 minutes. Then bake at 200 ° C for another 5 minutes.
Before consumption, the baguette should rest a little on the wire rack (approx. 1 - 2 hours), then it is easier to cut.
This baguette is very popular with us and is often baked. You can e.g., also refine with fried onions.
