Instructions

  1. First mix the dry ingredients well, then fold in the quark and yoghurt and finally the grated carrots. Only now pour in the water. The dough needs to stay tough and sticky. Mix everything well with the food processor and kneading spiral.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  3. Grease a rectangular cake tin well and sprinkle breadcrumbs into it. Pour in the dough and pull through briefly lengthways with the knife. Place the mold on a wire shelf, 2nd rail from the bottom.
