Instructions

  1. First mix the flour with the flaxseed and the oatmeal, then add the salt. Completely dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add to the flour. Then add the honey and mix everything thoroughly with the dough hook.
  2. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place covered with a cloth. Then knead the dough well again with floured hands, put it in a 30 cm loaf pan, or shape it into a loaf and leave to rise covered for another 20-25 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven (fan oven) to 210 degrees and bake the dough for 10 minutes at this heat, then turn the oven back to 180 degrees and bake for another 60 - 65 minutes.
