Cut the pitted apple into small wedges. Put the spelled meal and the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Always stir so that it doesn't burn. Bring the whole thing to the boil briefly, switch off the stove and stir on the hot stove until a paste-like mass has formed. Finally, sweeten as desired with a little honey.
Cut the banana into small pieces and divide into 3 bowls. Pour the puree into the bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve while warm.
There are no limits to the imagination, raisins and other (dried) fruits are sure to go well with them!
