Instructions

  1. Put the flour in the bowl of a food processor. Make a well in the flour and crumble the yeast into it. Put the sugar on the yeast and sprinkle the salt on the flour on the edge. Pour the lukewarm milk on the yeast and finally top it with the cream cheese (I like the one with wild garlic). Knead everything well and let it rest under a cloth for half an hour.
  2. Knead again by hand and shape into round or oblong rolls. Let it rest under the cloth for about 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 ° C (I have an oven with steam).
  4. Cut the cheese into small pieces (I cut the slices in half) and place the pieces on each roll.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes on the middle rack. The baking time can vary depending on the oven.
