The oven should be preheated to 170 degrees - the temperature may vary depending on the oven.
At the beginning you put eggs, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl (the ingredients are listed in the order in which they are needed). Mix the three ingredients for about a minute until frothy.
Then add the milk while stirring slowly with the hand mixer and then slowly add the oil. Next mix the flour and baking powder and add to the egg mixture - mix well.
Equip a muffin tin with paper cases and fill the molds with the batter, it is important to fill 2/3 of the molds so that the muffins stay relatively flat. Now the remaining sugar is mixed with cinnamon and then you should try to sprinkle this mixture relatively evenly on the muffins with your fingers. The muffins are now ready for the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes.
