Wash the vegetables. Cut the carrots into thin slices, the peppers into thin strips and the broccoli into florets. I like to use frozen broccoli here.
Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the carrots and pepper strips in it. Cook the broccoli and the spelled noodles separately in two more pots in salted water. The broccoli should be drained after 4 minutes of cooking and set aside.
Now pour a heaped teaspoon of spelled flour or wheat flour over the carrot and paprika strips and stir. Then add the water and cream.
Mix well and add the cream cheese, simmer for approx. 3 - 5 minutes depending on the desired firmness of the vegetables and stir occasionally.
Drain the pasta after the cooking time, add to the vegetable and cream cheese pan and fold in. Add the broccoli as well. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
