Heat the milk together with the butter, then crumble the yeast and dissolve everything well. Now add this mixture together with all other ingredients except the seeds to the flour and knead the whole thing well (at least 5 minutes). The result should be a homogeneous, slightly sticky, but stable dough.
Portion this, shape into rolls and sprinkle with the seeds. Bake in a well preheated oven at approx. 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) until golden brown.
The dough doesn`t have to rise. However, if you do this, you will be happy about even fluffier rolls.
