Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients one after the other in a bowl and knead well with the dough hook of the mixer. Line a loaf tin (500 to 750 g content) with baking paper, fill in the dough, smooth it out and make a longitudinal cut. Put in the cold oven, set to 170 degrees and let rise.
