Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients up to and including mineral water. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let rise for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Grease the pan. Stir the dough well again.
  3. Shape 4 small balls with wet hands and place in the frying pan. Be careful, not too close, they will diverge.
  4. Cover the pan and place on the cold stove. Switch to level 3 of six possible levels and bake the rolls brown from below in about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, turn the rolls over, close the lid again and finish baking the rolls in about 5 minutes with the residual heat.
  5. The rolls taste best fresh out of the pan, but are also good when cooled.
