Instructions

1. Let the spelled soak in the water for at least 2 hours. Then mix all the other ingredients into the spelled.
2. You should use enough breadcrumbs to make a firm dough.
3. Press the dough into small flatbreads directly in the pan and fry in oil for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
