Stir the yeast with a little sugar into the lukewarm milk and let the yeast rise until it is frothy.
Meanwhile, stir the salt and olive oil into the flour. Then fold in the yeast and milk. Add the lukewarm beer sip by sip and knead firmly until you have a compact dough that no longer sticks.
Now place the dough in the covered bowl under the duvet and let it rest for about 1 hour. Then portion the dough and knead each portion vigorously. Now roll out the dough ball depending on the desired size and top it as you like.
