Cook the spelled rice according to the instructions on the package.
Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the Brussels sprouts, leek and ginger in it. Add the curry powder and fry briefly until it smells pleasant. Deglaze with water or soup and steam the vegetables over medium heat for about 10 minutes until they are al dente.
Add the cream and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Arrange the vegetables with the spelled rice on a plate. Season to taste with the spice mixture and garnish with sunflower seeds.
